As a data controller not established in the EU that offers services to individuals in the European Economic Area, we are in the process of designating a representative in the European Union pursuant to Article 27 of the GDPR. Until that appointment is formalized, users may exercise their rights and contact the data controller directly at [email protected], as well as the supervisory authority of their country of residence (see Section 7).
2. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process the information you provide to us in order to:
- Provision of Services: Manage the contractual relationship and the agency services or subscription to Blockcha-in.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments requested through our integration with Cal.com.
- Communications: If you have subscribed, send you our newsletter or market analysis.
- Integrations: In the course of providing certain services, Digital Atelier Solutions LLC may interact with third-party APIs, including LinkedIn, exclusively with the user's express authorization and in accordance with the policies of those platforms.
The legal basis is your consent (when booking or subscribing) and the performance of a contract (when engaging our services).

Please be advised that, due to the location of our registered office (United States) and our technology providers, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Digital Atelier Solutions LLC is committed to processing your data with appropriate security safeguards, using leading providers (such as Cloudflare, Cal.com, and Google) that adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) or rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, thereby ensuring the security of your information.
4. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website:
- Hosting & CDN: Cloudflare Inc. (United States)
- Database & Subscriptions: Supabase Inc. (United States); storage of newsletter subscription emails.
- Scheduling: Cal.com Inc. (United States)
- Transactional Email: Resend Inc. (United States); delivery of newsletters and communications.
- Analytics: Google Analytics.
5. Retention Periods
We retain your data for the following periods:
- LinkedIn leads and diagnostics: 24 months from the last interaction, for commercial follow-up. Thereafter, the data is anonymized or deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers: Until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe link in every email). After unsubscribing, we keep a suppression record for 3 years to demonstrate compliance.
- Contracted clients: For the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 6 years thereafter, for tax and commercial law obligations.
- Cal.com bookings: 18 months from the last appointment.
- Anonymized analytics data: 14 months (standard GA4 configuration).
- Consent cookies: 12 months (consent is requested again thereafter).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, erase it (the "right to be forgotten"), restrict its processing, object to its processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected] stating your request and providing proof of your identity.
We respond within a maximum of 30 days in accordance with Art. 12 GDPR. You may also withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
7. Complaints to the Supervisory Authority
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, or that we have not adequately addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD):
